Chief Administrative Officer

Responsibilities: Managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of various departments. The Chief Administrative Officer works with the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer, but share the responsibility of the other officers. This position is also on the board of directors.
Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities: Holds the top financial position in the organization. They are responsible for tracking cash flow and financial planning and analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic directions.
Chief Information Officer
[CIO]
Responsibilities: Oversees the computer systems required to support the organization's unique objectives and goals. The Chief Information Officer primarily focuses on managing technical projects, launching systems and using technology to increase efficiency and productivity and cut costs.
Chief Safety / Medical Officer
[CS/MO]
Responsibilities: A Chief Safety Officer creates policies and procedures that minimize risk and ensure the safety of a company's employees. As a Chief Safety Officer, your job duties include enforcing these regulations, overseeing all safety protocol, developing improved safety training, and analyzing what went wrong when accidents happen.
Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities: The Chief Marketing Officer oversees the companies overall advertising and sales strategy, drives revenue by increasing sales through marketing, and works closely with the Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Marketing Officer is also responsible for negotiating advertising contracts and approves marketing campaign ideas. Also maintains PR and company image.
Chief Human Resources Officer
[CHRO]
Responsibilities: The Chief Human Resource Officer is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, and organization and performance.
Chief Security Officer
[CSO]
Responsibilities: The Chief Security Officer can take control of operations from Executive Leaders if the CEO authorizes it in the case of a security breach, Corporate takeover, and / or investigation into theft from the higher members of management.
